In Honor Of the Confederate

 Veterans Who Settled Comanche County

In Honor of the Confederate Veterans Who settled Comanche County

Dear to our hearts must it be evermore.
The jacket of gray our loved soldiers wore.
Can we ever forget when they joined the brave band That rose in defense of our dear homeland.
Their memories e'er shall remain for us And their names, bright names, without stain for us.
The glory they won shall not wane for us, In legend and lay, our heroes in gray shall forever live Over again for us.

Deo Vindice
